Thank you for shopping at UniformsAndScrubs.com where our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything on your order, we will gladly accept your items as a return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that we are unable to accept Clearance, Customized or Embroidered items, and all returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

As of 01/01/2021 we are still dealing with a constantly changing and backlogged environment and there can be temporary restraints and modifications we must deal with. However, we are in full operation mode regarding the processing of returns and exchanges per our standard policies. There may be some additonal time involved as the various carriers deal with their capacity issues, but we will process as normal.

Suspension of Money-back guarantee and Service Guarantee for UPS and FedEx Please note that both FedEx and UPS have suspended their “Money Back Guarantee” until further notice due to unprecedented volume and demand. Therefore, if this service is requested for your order we will not be able to guarantee the projected delivery date.

 

Returns

* You are responsible for return shipping costs so any carrier or service you choose is acceptable.

* Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be issued to the credit card used for purchase.

* All returns that do not result in an exchange will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.  Original shipping is non-refundable.

* Shoes must be in the original shoebox and then packed in a shipping box or there will be a $25.00 fee assessed.

* Items marked as *CLEARANCE* have been discontinued by the manufacture and are available on a while supplies last basis. No return or exchange is allowed on clearance items. All sales of clearance items are final.

* Your credit card will be refunded for the returned item(s). A new charge will be issued for your new item(s) plus any applicable shipping costs.  Original shipping is non-refundable.

* Shoes must be in the orginal shoebox and then packed in a shipping box or there will be a $25.00 fee assessed.

* CLEARANCE item sales are final and can NOT be exchanged.

 

Exchange by Phone

You may call 855-391-9200 to place your new order. You will be charged for the replacement items and standard shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue credit for the returned items.

 

Defective Items & Shipping Errors

Please call 855-391-9200 if you received a defective garment or an item other than what you ordered so that we may process in the correct manner.

 

Price Match

Please call our office within 30 days to confirm your price match on reasonable and bona fide competitive prices so we can confirm validity and process your refund.
