One of the great things about shopping with UniformsAndScrubs.com is that we have no minimum order restrictions. If you need just one shirt, pant, jacket, coat, or scope, you can order just one. This makes us a favorite with the individual just shopping for themselves who is maybe not sure of the size or fit of a style. They can get just the one and then when they find out that they love it, they can place their full order. We have no “small orders”. Every order is important to us. 1 piece or 1000 pieces will be handled with the same personal care and professionalism.
We are able to do a great job helping folks with their personal orders; but wait until you see what we can do with a group order! Yes we have no order minimum, but we also have no order maximum! We are a small business so you get the personal touch, but we have been in the business over 17 years and all that personal care we have to offer the individual shopping for just their own needs, we also apply to helping the person in charge of purchasing for a group.
We have long well established relationships with the top uniform manufacturers. They trust UniformsAndScrubs.com to represent them to the public, and you can trust us too with your office / hospital / corporate image. We will work to make sure your staff is comfortable and looking great in their new uniforms.
We can setup your account with a centralized “billing address” then with as many shipping addresses as you need. We can ship direct to each of your facilities or if you don’t want to do the work of sorting a group order, we can ship to the home of each employee. It’s up to you.
You may enter your order on our website www.uniformsandscrubs.com 24/7 or you can fax 636-391-9205 or email customerservice@uniformsandscrubs.com your order for our staff to enter it for you. Just give us the style, color, size and quantity and we will take it from there. This feature is a super time saver for your purchasing staff especially if you are monogramming tops, jackets or coats. Let us do the work of entering the order for you at no extra charge! You will receive an email confirmation of the order to look over for accuracy prior to it going to embroidery.
For standard monogramming we offer two fonts; a block print or a script. We can do up to three 28 space lines using a 3/8" font size. (Larger font sizes available with a max of 17 spaces)

Please keep in mind the limitations of space when choosing your monogram location, the font size and the number of lines of monogramming. Some lab coats have a wider lapel, so if you are putting three lines of monogramming above the chest pocket, you may run into a problem with the lapel covering part of your monogram. You can always use two locations! Put your name on one line above the pocket, then your facility name or other information on the opposite chest.
We will embroider the name as it is typed. Spelling, capitalization and punctuation will be duplicated on the monogram as you have entered it, so please double check prior to submitting the order! Monogrammed items will not be replaced due to spelling, capitalization or punctuation errors made by the customer. Sales on embroidered items are final, so please make sure of your size prior to adding embroidery.
Speaking of embroidery, we have some fabulous lines that offer custom logo embroidery. Great looking uniforms, with your custom logo, are a great team building boost! All you need to do is email us photo ready art work of your logo to get started. We currently have over 300 custom logos on file and in use by our customers, so you know we must be doing something right!
For custom logo embroidery, you may email your logo in preferably in a JPG format to sherris@uniformsandscrubs.com If you know the pan tone color codes for the thread colors in your logo, please include those. If not, we will do a visual match to our pantone color chart. We will also need to know the size you want the logo, width and height. Please also include your contact information. We will then give you a quote for the one time logo setup fee and the embroidery charge per garment for your logo. The price to have your garment embroidered with your logo is based on the stitch count of your logo and starts at around $5.99. The onetime setup fee is also based on your logo stitch count and starts at $85.00. The one-time set up fee will be applied to your first order. We will then keep your logo on file for all your future orders. If you already have your logo digitized and can provide us with the DST file of your logo, the setup fee will be waived.
We will send you the quote for setup of the logo and embroidery charge per garment. Once the quote is approved we will send you an image of the stitch out of your logo for your approval. Approving the quote and proceeding with the logo setup does commit you to the logo setup fee. When the image is approved, we will be ready to start stitching! We will keep your logo on file for all your future orders.
Please be aware that logos that are trademarked / registered will require permission from an authorized representative of the company who owns the logo in order for us to use the image.
